What we collect
- What you type into the estimate form: your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, town, property address, the services you are interested in, and your description of the job.
- Basic technical details sent with that submission: your IP address, browser user-agent string and the page you submitted from. These are stored alongside the request and used to identify and block automated spam.
- Standard web server logs kept by our hosting provider, which record requests made to the site. These are retained on their normal schedule.
We do not collect payment details through this website, and we never ask for a Social Security number, a bank account number or a card number by email or through a web form.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request, prepare an accurate estimate, schedule and carry out the work, invoice you, and keep the business records we are required to keep. That is the whole list.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except the service providers that make the website and our email work — our web host and our email provider — and only to the extent they necessarily process it in delivering those services. We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise disclose your information to advertisers, data brokers or lead-generation companies. We would disclose information if a court or law required it, and we would tell you unless we were prohibited from doing so.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies, does not embed third-party trackers, and does not build a profile of your browsing. If that ever changes, this page will be updated before the change goes live and you will be asked for consent where the law requires it.
Text messages
If you tick the box giving us permission to text you, we will use your number for messages about your estimate and your scheduled work. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting and call you instead. We do not send marketing blasts.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Estimate requests are stored in a location that is not publicly reachable from the web. No system is perfect, so we keep the amount of information we hold deliberately small.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or email using the details above. You are never required to use this website — every service we offer can be arranged entirely by phone.
Children
This site is aimed at property owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described in plain language rather than buried.

Privacy questions
What do you do with my phone number and address?
We use them to quote and schedule your work, and nothing else. Your phone number lets us call you back about the estimate. Your address lets us look at the property so the quote is accurate. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.
Does this website track me or use advertising cookies?
No. The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. The only data that reaches us is what you deliberately type into the estimate form or send by email.
How long do you keep my information?
Estimate requests are kept while we are quoting and, if you become a customer, for as long as we are doing work for you plus the period our accountant needs for tax records. Requests that never turn into work get cleared out periodically. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
How do I ask you to delete my information?
Call (716) 388-7887 or email info@illospropertycare.com and say you want your details removed. We will confirm once it is done. If we are legally required to keep a record — an invoice, for example — we will tell you which part we have to keep and why.
