- Support for the operating system "reduce motion" setting, which turns off animation and smooth scrolling.
- Layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide and up to 200% zoom.
- Tap targets sized for people with limited dexterity, and a persistent call button on small screens.
Where we know there are limits
Photographs added to our gallery by hand may occasionally carry a generic description until we write a better one. If you hit one that is not useful, let us know which photo and we will describe it properly.

What accessibility standard does this site aim for?
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That covers color contrast, keyboard operation, text alternatives for images, clear focus indicators, form labeling, and layouts that hold together at 200% zoom and on small screens.
Can I use this site with a keyboard or screen reader?
Yes. Every menu, link, form field and accordion on this site works from the keyboard alone. There is a skip link at the very top of each page that jumps straight to the main content, focus outlines are always visible, and the menus can be opened with Enter or the down arrow and closed with Escape.
What if part of the site does not work for me?
Tell us and we will fix it. Call (716) 388-7887 or email info@illospropertycare.com. Describe the page and what went wrong, and if it is easier, just tell us what you were trying to do — we will take the information over the phone and get the work booked either way.
Can I request an estimate without using the online form?
Always. The form is a convenience, never a requirement. Phone us during business hours, Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and we will take everything down for you. No part of our service is only available online.
